With group participation and sharing of experiences, emotions and feelings, you learn the connection between thoughts and choice, are taught skills and tools that each individual personalizes to fit their specific needs to begin the process of healing and choose to take control and create joy and happiness in your life once again.

Each workshop is about 2 hours long and can be adapted to other types of life changing event and tailored to fit your groups’ specific need.

When you are feeling overwhelmed and stressed it feels like everything is out of control. Our natural instinct is to put out the fires by work working harder and faster. We become emotionally and physically burned out in the process. This hands on workshop will teach you the Stop, Drop & Roll Technique to help you identify the emotional and physical symptoms, every day triggers and become more proactive in extinguishing the flames of stress.

This empowering interactive workshop helps you discover what your (cancer , illness, divorce, etc) means to you, how to face it and move through the range of feelings, emotions and thoughts and choose to live life fully. Utilizing balloons the participants creates their personal face of cancer and the face of who they truly are.


The Face of Who I am Now

When something catastrophic happens, the whole (mind, body, spirit) person is affected. This interactive workshop provides a recipe to help you re-discover who you are after a life changing event and to support you to gain control. The ending exercise participants create their own “unique recipe” of who they are.

This is a hands on workshop that offers inspiration and support to all people  and their families.  The workshop utilizes a concept called the Playing The Hand Card Cycle™. This tool is based upon the steps in a card game. Just like a card game, in life  we have to deal with the hand we have been dealt. This workshop helps you discover where you are in life, normalize the experience and how to meet each moment fully and continue to choose to move forward with your life.
